BEFORE YOU ORDER:

The Company encourages the Customer to measure their pet as accurately as possible prior to ordering to ensure the perfect fit the first time!

RETURN POLICY:


The Company shall not be held responsible for the incorrect size being purchased and such purchase shall not be eligible for a return.

The Customer must ensure that they purchased the correct size by using the SIZE GUIDES available.

The Company is unable to alter harnesses and items to specific requirements.

In order for the Customer to be eligible for a return the item(s) MUST be brand new, unwashed, unused, hair-free and in its original packaging.

The Company will not return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting.

The Customer shall only be eligible for a return if the Customer complied with the above-mentioned requirements and the return are logged within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

We do not offer exchanges. Should you qualify for a return, please make a separate purchase for the new item/s.

 

RETURN PROCESS:

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include a note with the following information:

Order number
Contact number and email address
Item/s you wish to return
Reason for the return

Then mail the return to the following address:

Please note, the Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

The Company strongly advise that the Customer use a trackable method to mail the return.

REFUNDS:

Upon receipt of the return by the Company and upon the Company inspecting the condition of the item, the Company will inform the Customer whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the Company will process the return.

The Company will notify the Customer by e-mail when the return has been processed. Please take note that it can take some time for the refund to be processed and to reflect in the Customers bank account.

The Purchase of Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned.

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

Free Shipping: 3-4 business days

Free shipping is only available in South Africa for orders R1,000.00+.

The Customer will receive an email as soon as their order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a link to where the order can be tracked.

International Delivery Times:

International delivery time is around 7 business days.
The Company’s international shipments are handled by DHL.

Please keep in mind that delays may occur as a result of customs clearance or availability on air freight planes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:

  • The Customer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by the Customer’s country for importing consumer goods. The Company does not collect this beforehand, and cannot give an estimate of such cost as charges vary around the world.
  • As an international Customer, please do your research to ensure there are no additional and/or surprise charges when clearing the package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.
  • If the Customer is unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please consult your local postal or customs office for more information. It is the Customer’s full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in their country prior to placing your order.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, the
    Customer’s order will be returned and the Customer will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
  • The Company cannot be held liable for any additional costs that the package might incur.
  • The Company does not offer shipping options to the UK or to Malaysia

FREE SHIPPING IN SOUTH AFRICA DISCLAIMER:

The free shipping on all South African orders of R1,000.00 or more is subject to certain terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility: This offer is only valid for orders being shipped within South Africa.
  • Minimum Order Value: To qualify for free shipping, the total value of the Customer’s order must be R1,000.00 or more, tax included.
  • Shipping Method: The Company reserves the right to choose the shipping method for the Customer’s order.
  • Free shipping will be provided by the Company using the standard shipping service.
  • Delivery Time: While the Company strive to deliver the Customer’s order in a timely manner, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond the Company’s control, such as weather conditions or logistical constraints.
  • Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to orders below R1,000.00.
  • Returns: In the event that the Customer need to return an item(s) that was eligible for free shipping, the shipping costs with regards to the return shall be for the Customer’s own account.

SHIPPING TERMS:

 

The Company is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

The Company cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The Customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

The Company is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.

While the Company strive to deliver the Customer’s order in a timely manner, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond the Company’s control, such as weather conditions or logistical constraints. Please allow two extra business days for delivery during the Festive Season and during the Black Friday period
