It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet. Please always check your pet’s accessories for wear and tear as no accessory is indestructible.

Our Dog accessories are suitable and sturdy for every day use however we do not recommend for dogs that are overly aggressive or for dogs that have behaviour issues. We reserve the right to replace defective products at our discretion. We do not replace for general wear and tear of a product, or damage from chewing, only genuine faults will be resolved after inspection.

Designs are made as a repeat pattern, which means that each harness will be unique. All designs are copyrighted. The colour of the print may vary across the full range due to different fabrics used for each item.

We are not responsible for the incorrect size being purchased. Owners must ensure they have purchased the correct size for their dog and /or cat by using the size guides available. We are unable to alter harnesses and items to requirements.

We recommend hand washing. Products should be left flat to dry.
